1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing this website and purchasing any products or services from GDE Holdings Inc. dba Sky Unlimited Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our services.
2. SERVICES
The Company offers coaching and educational services, including but not limited to coaching programs, group programs, one-on-one sessions, strategy sessions, digital products, assessments, live trainings, workshops, and any other services we offer from time to time (collectively, "Services"). Our flagship offering is The Burnout to Breakout Blueprint™, a 90-day coaching program.
Specific service descriptions, formats, durations, and pricing are provided at the point of purchase. The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless a separate written payment arrangement has been agreed upon. Prices are listed in US dollars. The Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect purchases already completed.
4. REFUND POLICY
One-on-One Sessions and Strategy Sessions: Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. Once a session has been completed, no refund will be issued.
Coaching Programs: You may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your purchase date. After 3 calendar days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. To request a refund within the eligible window, contact us at [email protected] with your full name, purchase date, and reason for cancellation.
Digital Products and Assessments: All sales of digital products and free or paid assessments are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
Other Services: Refund eligibility for any service not described above will be communicated at the point of purchase. In the absence of a stated refund policy, all sales are final.
5. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results from participation in any program or session. Results will vary based on individual effort, commitment, background, and circumstances. Testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that current or future clients will achieve the same or similar results.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website and within our programs — including but not limited to text, graphics, frameworks, worksheets, and program materials — is the exclusive property of GDE Holdings Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission.

8. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
By enrolling in any coaching program or group program, you agree to:
Engage honestly and openly in coaching sessions
Complete assigned program work to the best of your ability
Treat all program participants and coaches with respect
Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal information shared within the program community
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund in the event of conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to other participants or coaches.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GDE Holdings Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. COACHING — NOT THERAPY
Our coaching services are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical advice, or therapy. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical attention, please consult a qualified professional.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
